Perhaps consider adding the Bellevue neighborhood. It has what the other areas shown: a well-defined set of physical borders, a hip upscale urban market, a locally owned coffee shop that features live music, an alcohol store, a food truck, some fancy eateries, and a traditional Korean owned convenience store, etc. Add to that a revered elementary school, sidewalks, nearby park and cyclists and you’ve got Mayberry RFD aligned with Ozzie and Harriet channeling Father Knows Best.
I was hoping to see Bellevue as well! I moved from the Fan to Bellevue recently and have been pleased with all it has to offer! Great neighborhood guides overall though!
