Interview with Kelly Justice owner of Fountain Bookstore

What’s the last book you read? For me it was The Dog Stars by Peter Heller.

Kirkus is your online spot for book reviews and resource for authors. Yesterday the posted an interview with Kelly Justice of Fountain Bookstore.

If you read (if you don’t you need to start right away), and live/work near Fountain Bookstore you’re probably familiar with the cozy spot. If you haven’t been in you owe it to yourself to swing by and talk books either with Kelly or her stuff. They all know their stuff and best of all can point you in the direction of a new author or series. It’s chilly outside and perfect sit by the fire and read weather.

The full interview is here, my favorite line is below.

What is Fountain Bookstore famous for?

Our big mouths, maybe? When people come to visit us that have only met us online or heard of us from others, they invariably say: “Wow! We thought you’d be bigger.” (Which is not something anyone wants to hear, really. So, we’d appreciate it if you’d keep that to yourselves.) Then the newbie gets a few more feet in the door and realizes that it’s the Fountain Bookstore experience that’s big, not the shop.
