Internationally-acclaimed handbell ensemble ringing in the holidays Saturday evening

The Raleigh Ringers will perform at Reveille United Methodist Church near Carytown on November 14th.

The Raleigh Ringers, an internationally-acclaimed adult handbell ensemble, will perform at Reveille United Methodist Church on Saturday, November 14, at 7:00 p.m. in the sanctuary.

Since its founding in 1990, The Raleigh Ringers has treated audiences to unique interpretations of sacred, secular, and popular music, including famous rock and roll tunes arranged just for handbells. Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, the group performs on one of the most extensive collections of bells and bell-like instruments owned by any handbell ensemble in the world. The Raleigh Ringers last performed at Reveille in 2009, playing to a packed house.

The concert is free and open to the public with donations accepted at the door for Reveille’s Music Programs Fund, which supports music opportunities at the church, including The Raleigh Ringers concert. The suggested donation is $15 to $20 per person.

The church is located a few blocks west of Carytown at 4200 Cary Street Road.

For more information about the concert, visit the event web page, or contact Terri Edwards at 804.359.6041, extension 116.
