Explore DC’s go-go scene at Studio Two Three Friday night
The Scott’s Addition artist space will host two live DJs and art and other memorabilia celebrating go-go will be on display.
From Studio Two Three:
“Go-Go Rules the Night” is a one-night only event at Studio Two Three, exploring and celebrating D.C. go-go, the percussion heavy, musical genre unique to the nation’s capital. Original, vintage letterpress posters for go-go’s from the 70’s through the 90’s, printed by Globe Poster Printing Corporation, will be on display, as well as flyers and other memorabilia. DJ TDawg and DJ Rudeboi will be playing go-go vinyl sets all night to help you shake your thang! $5 suggested donation benefiting Studio Two Three.
