Celebrate The Byrd Theatre at #GiveThanksRVA on November 14th

Foundation members will be on hand to share future plans for the movie palace, and Lobo Marino will provide the soundtrack to a number of classic silent films.

This year for #GiveThanksRVA we’re giving The Byrd Theatre & Foundation a big high five!! Join us on Nov 14th as we open up the Byrd for all kinds of awesome fun. The doors will open at 2 p.m. as Byrd staff and board members welcome guests to experience the movie theatre’s classic legacy. Foundation board members will be there to share exciting details about future plans at the Byrd, for all who are interested in knowing more or getting involved. Shortly after that we’ll have the one and only Lobo Marino providing an enchanting live soundtrack to silent films marking this as their Silent Music Revival debut! We’ll have a lot of other stuff in the works as well so stay tuned!
