2013 Richmond Jazz Festival lineup announced
Artists like Dr. John, The Wailers, and Sheila E. will perform in August at this year’s Richmond Jazz Fest.
Organizers of the fourth annual Richmond Jazz Festival have announced this year’s lineup of artists for the event spanning August 9th – 11th. Over 30 artists will play at the 100-acre Maymont estate on August 10th and 11th. There will also be local vendors, wine tastings, and a bistro area for attendees. On August 9th, The Hippodrome will host a “Homegrown at the Hipp” event that will feature local and regional artists.
Tickets went on sale Wednesday, May 8th on the Richmond Jazz Festival website and are $60 in advance for Saturday or Sunday passes and $110 for weekend passes. Prices increase on August 1st.
