Shooting in a Carlisle Ave. apartment today

There was a shooting today at approximately 2 pm inside an apartment in the 1700 block of Carlisle Ave. The male victim was shot in the face by a known female and she was arrested a short time later. At this time the victim’s injuries are not life threatening.
