But, VCU has essentially silenced critics by winning their first three games by an average of 16 points. The Rams will now head down to San Antonio to face the Florida State Seminoles.

VCU has wrapped up its season 1st in the CAA, but this is just the beginning – the 2009 CAA Tournament is right ahead of us. In preparation for the tournament, we call up the go-to-guy for CAA basketball, Michael Litos, author of “Cinderella: Inside the Rise of Mid Major College Basketball”.
Eric and Larry are ready to do more damage as the Rams head to ODU for round two of one of the biggest CAA rivalry games of the season.
