Summer fashion to beat the heat

Ladies and penguins, it’s officially summer in Virginia which means the heat wave has come to town and smacked us in the face. So, RVA, here are some red and pink looks to keep you in style this February 14th!

Key to the Cure: Passion for fashion raises awareness

Patriotic chic

With Fourth of July right around the corner, you might be stressing over what to wear to all those BBQs, pool parties, and family gatherings. Remember, you can show some American spirit and still look sophisticated. To make it easier on you, we scoured RVA’s local malls and boutiques to find some great Independence Day looks.

VCU student helps fight cancer in style

Two years ago, Brittany Burke, a Fashion Merchandising student at VCU, received news that her little brother, Brandon, was fighting a rare form of cancer. After her brother’s ordeal, Brittany decided to use her fashion knowledge to help in the fight against cancer.

The wearin’ o’ the green

St. Patrick’s Day falls right smack in the middle of the work week this year, so you need to make sure your green garb is work-appropriate. Take a look at some snazzy finds available for purchase in town (and sure to keep those annoying pinchers at bay).
