						<description>&lt;p style = &quot;text-align:center&quot;&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Members of the Richmond Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America's public service committee is offering free (FREE!) public relations assistance for one area nonprofit this year.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;For consideration, the organization must be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit that needs public relations assistance with a specific 2010 project or event.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Applications are due Friday, April 2.
