But city residents shouldn't expect to see officers patrolling in full tactical gear.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&quot;&lt;strong&gt;The concept isn't that they wear this stuff and they walk out of the car looking like RoboCop&lt;/strong&gt;,&quot; Assistant Chief David M.
