Roof of RRHA building collapsing *UPDATED*
Reports are saying that the roof of an RRHA building at the 1100 block of North 1st street in caving in. Although the building is residential, there are no injuries at this time. 1st street is closed. Structural issues with an RRHA building from RVA News on Vimeo.-
