Richmond BizSense has the story about the new restaurant to open in the location at Meadow and Park, where Frank Chiocca ran a restaurant for 40 years (1964-2004).

The restaurant, Garnetts Cafe, will be located at 2001 Park Ave. The business is registered to Kendra Feather, owner and operator of Ipanema Cafe. The new restaurant applied for wine, beer, and liquor licenses with the Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control last week.
