City Council Representative Charles Samuels has announced plans for Thursday, December 3 at the 4th Police Precinct (2219 Chamberlayne Avenue) from 6 – 7:30 p.m. Guests will include John Lewis, Executive Director, GRTC. Other agenda items include info from the Public Works Department on New Trash Collection and an update from the Mayor’s Office on the 2010 Census.
