The quick release might be part of a recall, here’s how to avoid it the best you can.
Not to cause a panic, but how’s that bike doing? Is it one of the million that have been recalled?

You can use this site to see if your bike is one of the recalled ones. Then you contact the place you got it from and they’ll (hopefully) do the rest.
Do not delay! The quick release could be messing with your wheel and cause it to lock up! What if it is plotting this sneaky move as we speak!!
