If you happen across a swarm of 200 mopeds this weekend be only somewhat alarmed: you’ve just just encountered Richmond’s self-proclaimed toughest moped gang Hells Satans and some of their closest friends. Richmond’s premier moped rally Tits Grits and Kits runs Friday-Sunday and is attracting riders from as far away as Portland. Get the details here.
