Flying Squirrels home opener is Thursday

First pitch is at 6:30 PM against the Altoona Curve.

The Richmond Squirrels have on the road so far this season, posting a 3-3 record with another game today against Bowie. Their travels come to an end today as after the game they’ll make the hellish drive down I-95 and will probably just barely make the game scheduled for tomorrow evening.

Thursday, April 10th the Squirrels will face the Altoona Curve. Gates will open at 4:30 PM and the first pitch crosses the plate at 6:35 PM. Tickets are available online.

It wouldn’t be a Flying Squirrels game without additional activities. At the start of their 5th Season you can expect the Richmond Flying Circus presented by Jani-King. The evening includes stilt walkers, jugglers, unicyclists, acrobats, fire demonstrations and of course post-game fireworks. Center Stage Band will be performing before the game as well.
