Today the mayor announced Richmond’s future baseball team! The Connecticut Defenders, the AA affiliate for the San Francisco Giants, have signed a contract with the RMA for two years with three one year options.

The actual name of the our new baseball team will be announced October 15th and you’ll have an opportunity to suggest a name through the Richmond Times Dispatch. Not only that, but if your name is chosen you will win free season tickets for life!

If you aren’t that lucky ONE who gets free tickets for life, you can buy your season tickets for only $568.
