This is WRIR’s 10th annual Black Valentine’s Day celebration. If you’re a lonely heart, a misanthrope, or a Debbie Downer, then WRIR’s Black Valentine’s Day Party is just what the love doctor ordered. Happy people who enjoy great music while in the company of the brokenhearted are also welcome! The event is FREE but all donations taken at the door will go to Gallery 5.

This year’s party also features the Black Valentine’s Day live Date Auction, with proceeds benefitting WRIR! Each winning bidder will walk away with a dinner for two at one of Richmond’s finest restaurants. And should romance bloom, don’t blame us when it all comes crashing down in a fiery wreck. You should have seen that coming.

And if that wasn’t enough, Michael Miracle of WRIR’s Lotus Land Show will be spinning tunes of heartbreak throughout the evening and giving the middle finger to love’s fickle ways.
