Is the gestation period for a website nine months? Because RVANews turns nine months old on Friday.

I read most of the blogs that have to do with the Richmond area, but usually keep pretty mum when it comes to commenting. However, I just wanted to seize this rare oportunity of eloquence on my part to say thank you. This blog (and all of it’s various feeders, writers, posters, etc.) are awesome. I can’t wait to get to work each day and waste compa…ehm, use my home computer and read all the happenings in my adopted hometown. It’s pretty refersing to see people taking an active role in promoting and living in a place that they love. So thanks, and many appreciative gestures from us random readers.

This Val, while probably incredible (but not as incredible), is not the same Val as the one I’m married to. The previous sentence proves why I try not to write things. — Ed.

i think there should be a monthly article about richmond area boobies.

Seriously though, interview/features about awesome richmond people that maybe the Time doesn’t cover or even RVA mag or brick doesnt cover, or more in depth!
