Teenager charged with inciting a riot after weekend brawl
Video provided by witnesses were reviewed by police.
This past Sunday around 7:00 PM a fight broke out (video here) at Mosby Court. Yesterday RTD reported that an arrest had been made and a teenager charged.
After a review of video footage of the fight, detectives arrested the girl yesterday and charged her with felony inciting a riot and three counts of misdemeanor assault, Waugh said.
Detectives are continuing to review the video, to identify others involved, and they expect to make additional arrests in the case, according to Waugh.
