Shoryuken Ramen officially opens to the masses tonight! Went to the soft opening this weekend, and everything’s great–same great ramen bowls with an expanded menu featuring kimchi deviled eggs, pork and chipotle mayo covered tots, and rice bowls, too. BUT, Will, Sarah and the crew are still ~$2,000 shy of their Kickstarter goal.
