Shooting at Byron and/or Jeter

Shooting occurred at 1:22 PM Monday.

From the Henrico Police. It’s worth noting that as you can see from the map above that Byron and Jeter don’t cross.

At approximately 1:22 PM on Monday, October 27, 2014, officers responded to the intersection of Byron Street and Jeter Street for a shooting call for service. Officers located an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to VCU Medical Center with a non-life threatening injury.

Detectives and Forensic Personnel are on scene, and an investigation is ongoing. There is no suspect information available for release.
