Rainbow cookies ain’t going nowhere
With Ukrop’s being handed over to Giant/Martin, much of Richmond has been engaging in some serious hand-wringing over the fate of their beloved baked goods. Well, fear not.
In an email newsletter sent out today, Ukrop’s confirmed FOR SURE that we have nothing to worry about:
You’ve probably now heard the Ukrop’s stores are being acquired by Giant/Martin’s. While the stores are changing ownership, you will still be able get to all your favorite Ukrop’s prepared foods and baked goods at Giant/Martin’s.
Rest easy, Richmond. And go get some of that chicken salad. Yum-o.
