Quick Thanks – Love Our Neighborhoods

We live in a pretty darn special spot.

A note from a reader worth sharing.

Dear Editor / Hills & Heights:

Yesterday our Chesapeake Bay retriever somehow escaped our fenced backyard and enjoyed a roaming adventure.

He approached a fence several streets over, and a neighbor called him in and called animal control. Cooper was not wearing his collar at the time.

My son called animal control early that evening, learned the happy news, and picked up the jailbreaker.

We’re so grateful for our community of caring neighbors who do the right thing, over and over again.

Sincerely,
Renée
