Mini-van takes out power in Lakeside

Van versus power pole results in no power for many.

Approximately 2,000 Lakeside residents are without power or lost power this morning starting around 9:00 AM when the mini-van seen above slammed into a power pole.

CBS6 is reporting that power should be back on by 1:00 PM while ABC8 on Twitter is giving a 5:00 PM power back on, timeframe.

POWER OUTAGE: @DomVAPower reports that residents in Lakeside residents without power should have their lights back around 5:00p tonight.
