Lawsuit floated against Canal restaurant

Style Weekly has the limited details on a lawsuit that has been filed against Haxall Point by F.W. Sullivan’s. The point of contention is a $50,000 loan and missing payments on said loan.
Jake Crocker co-owner with Hayden Fisher of Haxall Point by F.W. Sullivan’s doesn’t appeared too worried.
The restaurateurs made two monthly payments, according to the lawsuit, but failed to make regular payments since August. The lawsuit seeks $47,224 plus court costs and attorneys’ fees.
“It’s a frivolous lawsuit and it’s being taken care of,” Crocker says.
