The Institute for Contemporary Art at VCU has produced this slick video explaining why they feel that the ICA is exactly what this city needs. Scheduled to open in two years at the cost of $35 million dollars, the Institute hopes to be a “cultural linchpin for the city of Richmond” and show off a rotating series of exhibits.
