Roughly 35 area residents have been recruited by the news network to watch the speech and electronically record their opinions of it.</p><p>After the address, a CNN anchor will interview participants about what they liked and didn't like about the president’s speech.</p><p>CNN’s coverage will begin at 7:00 PM.
