The Magpie closes its doors

After much hard work and consideration, all outlets pursued and explored we have come to the conclusion that we can no longer keep our much loved restaurant open.

It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that we say good bye to The Magpie today. After much hard work and consideration, all outlets pursued and explored we have come to the conclusion that we can no longer keep our much loved restaurant open. This may come as a shock to some of you and to tell you the truth it’s still a little shocking to us as well. There are many factors that have led us to this decision and we feel it is the only way to move forward toward a brighter new chapter in our lives. That being said we want to sincerely say thank you to all the wonderful patrons and supporters we’ve amassed over the last 5 years. It truly was a labor of love. We put our heart and soul into it and we hope it showed. Thank you Richmond and good night…
