  • 1/4 lb steamed peel & eat shrimp–With melted butter & cocktail sauce.

  • Fish and chips–With cole slaw.
  • Tilapia stuffed with crabmeat–In lobster cream sauce topped with capers.
  • Certified Angus beef salisbury steak–With mushroom gravy.
  • Chicken marsala–With mushrooms.
  • Manicotti–Topped with roasted vegetables.
  • Fried chicken & waffles–With maple, pomerey and tahini sauce.
  • Pork tenderloin–With triple berry balsamic reduction sauce.
