Kokonut Grill now open on Main Street

A quick cheap lunch is only steps away.

Update #1 — October 5, 2015; 9:15 AM

Style Weekly’s Short Order:

Here, chicken satays are lightly glazed and grilled quickly, accompanied by a peanut sauce that is both spicy and grounded in the ubiquitous coconut. Cucumber chunks and slices of fresh pineapple are there to dunk in the sauce as well. Sweet chili shrimp arrives on a bed of finely shredded cabbage to scoop with your fork as you eat and add a subtle crunch to each bite. Both are accompanied by delicate, fragrant coconut rice.

Kokonut Grill (1201 W Main Street) which just opened yesterday specializes in Tropical and Pacific Asian Fusion food.  Your options are out lined below and then you have the option of 10 proteins to add ranging from a simple grilled chicken to sweet chili tofu. I haven’t had a chance to go but my craving for good cheap Teriyaki has me intrigued.

The full menu can be found at the previous link and prices run around $7 – $8 for main dishes (special limited time opening prices). Kokonut Grill is open from 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM, seven days a week.
