Best Buy - Doorbuster pricing begins at 5am, with tickets handed out beginning at 3am
Sears - opens at 4am

Toys R Us - open starting at midnight (!)

I prefer shopping some of the less-popular stores, starting at the more-reasonable hour of 6 a.m. Usually I collect a free gift card or two, and take advantage of "X% off entire store" sales.
