Phil’s Continental Lounge closed

No word if the closing is temporary or for good.

Brandon Fox over at Style reports that Phil’s Continental Lounge has been closed since Monday with no note or returned calls from owner Kyle Measell.

Phil’s has been opened since 1939. The restaurant moved from its longstanding location to 5810 Grove Avenue in 2011.

Fox reports Phil’s has been for sale since this spring for $150,000.
