I grew up in New Jersey where good pizza was an expectation. But I've also been to the source--Naples in Italy--and enjoyed what pizza was meant to be. Fortunately for me and other pizza lovers, <a href="http://pizzatonight.com/">Pizza Tonight</a> cooks up the genuine article wherever they set up their glorious mobile pizza oven.
