Favorites: Lamplighter’s parfait

I visit Lamplighter with enough frequency that it borders on obsession. Coffee is the main attraction, but their delicious food is partly responsible for those lines out the door on weekends. For breakfast that looks as pretty as it tastes, get the parfait ($3.50 for 12 oz). Lamplighter’s own granola tops off layers of yogurt and fresh fruit, inside one of these lovely, faceted Mason jars. It’s everything I need to keep me going until lunch.
