The River City Cycling Collective and Tom Thorogood are teaming up with friends, family, and local artists to support Richmond Area MORE and help fund their 2011 racing seasons.

Come hang out with fellow Blanchophiles and check out the silent auction, enter the raffle, jam to some music (provided by Neal Wright) and, of course, drink some fab coffee.

The Richmond Area chapter of MORE (Mid-Atlantic Off-Road Enthusiasts) is a 501(c) (3) non-profit which maintains over 115 miles of urban trails. The Richmond chapter is dedicated to improving the state of mountain biking in the Greater Richmond area, and their work includes organizing rides, developing trail systems, providing funding for trail projects, educating adults and children, and working to protect cyclist rights.

The members of the R Triple C, along with Tom Thorogood, are all local athletes who support healthy competition and healthy living, and pursue their love of an active lifestyle to not only enjoy the adventure, but to help others along the way. Blanchard’s Coffee Company sponsors these athletes because we feel they represent and care about their community and its constituents, and embrace the fact that coffee isn’t a beverage: it’s a conversation piece.
