Here's what to expect:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;h2&gt;Course One (Choose One):&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;French Onion Soup w/ roasted garlic crouton and melted provolone cheese&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Soup of the Day&lt;/li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Mixed Green Salad tossed in apple vinaigrette with cherry tomatoes, shoestring sweet potatoes and Parmesan crisps&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;h2&gt;Course Two (Choose One):&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cedar Grilled Atlantic Salmon with white cheddar mash and asparagus, finished with citrus gremolata and thyme crème fraiche&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pan Roasted Chicken Breast in a bermuda onion &amp;amp; garlic pan sauce with roasted new potatoes and asparagus&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Grilled Beef Tender Medallions served w/ Gorgonzola cream sauce, new potatoes &amp;amp; baby carrots&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;h2&gt;Course Three (Choose One):&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cherry Cobbler&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Carrot Cake&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Chocolate Pate&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;18% gratuity will be added to parties of 6 or more.
