Bonvenu’s own Restaurant Week

Bonvenu (2915 W. Cary Street) isn’t officially part of Restaurant Week this year, but that’s not stopping them from serving up some quality dishes to benefit the Central Virginia Food Bank.

October 26 through 31, they’ll be offering a three-course prix fixe menu for $25.10, with $2.10 of each purchase going to the food bank. Here’s what to expect:

Course One (Choose One):

  • French Onion Soup w/ roasted garlic crouton and melted provolone cheese
  • Soup of the Day
  • Mixed Green Salad tossed in apple vinaigrette with cherry tomatoes, shoestring sweet potatoes and Parmesan crisps

Course Two (Choose One):

  • Cedar Grilled Atlantic Salmon with white cheddar mash and asparagus, finished with citrus gremolata and thyme crème fraiche
  • Pan Roasted Chicken Breast in a bermuda onion & garlic pan sauce with roasted new potatoes and asparagus
  • Grilled Beef Tender Medallions served w/ Gorgonzola cream sauce, new potatoes & baby carrots

Course Three (Choose One):

  • Cherry Cobbler
  • Carrot Cake
  • Chocolate Pate
