Several of RVA’s best food carts will move from their usual gathering spot at the Virginia Historical Society to Virginia Street, <a href="https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Off+The+Hookah,+Richmond,+VA&amp;hl=en&amp;sll=37.534204,-77.435172&amp;sspn=0.008593,0.01929&amp;oq=off+the+ho&amp;t=h&amp;hq=Off+The+Hookah,&amp;hnear=Richmond,+Virginia&amp;z=15">between the Flood Wall and the Canal</a> (near the Turning Basin and Off the Hookah).</p><p>The Food Truck Rally will run from 6pm - 10pm.
