That was a bit too harsh and out of line, but hopefully people understand the gist of what I meant about triaging the care of the homeless. Ultimately, everyone matters. The 'tent city' areas in our parks are growing- including everywhere from Dominion Plaza to the riverside parks. I do think at some point there needs to be a line drawn between newly forclosed on and the 'professional' homeless that hobo around the area. I realize that above line sounds controversial or even callous, but again, I expect difficult decisions ahead. Citizens need to prepare their neighborhoods - stock up on emergency food and supplies.
