On this week’s episode, you might notice a slight theme running through the broadcast. It won’t take long to figure it out. The opening bit by ESPN anchor Chris Berman sets the mood. I have to thank my former co-host on my old sports radio program, “More On Sports“, John Partin for the recording. It makes me laugh every time I hear it. Thanks John.
I’m also happy to announce that audience participation is now a reality on the Bopst Show. To make requests, offer caustic words of advice or to babble on incoherently, all you have to do is call the following number:
(804) 767-2550
And you just might find your beautiful voice included on a future edition of the Bopst Show. Many thanks to Ross for setting this up as that is the one thing I miss most about being on the radio; listener involvement. Though your requests won’t be able to filled immediately, they will help to shape future episodes. Feel free to leave any sort of audio you like. Again, anything you leave at that number will find it’s way onto the show.
Due to the vague and thoroughly perplexing legality issues pertaining to music on the web, I’m not posting a track listing of the songs featured on this show. Later this week, I’ll post the tunes on my MySpace site. Also, all you have to do to find out who is playing or saying what on the show, all you have to do is listen.
Well, I hope you enjoy this week’s show and be sure to either leave a comment or call the request line so we know that you are listening. Remember, it’s not the same without you.
Until Next Time:
Stay Clean,
BOPST

I enjoy some of the humor on your podcast, but I do not like all of the songs about drug use. Too many neighbors have died due to their addictions, so it’s just not funny anymore.

@ 1- The Stus agree. Great programing. And I am facinated with the consistancy of the quality of the bottom of these songs and glorious nature of the bass lines played. One might assume you had some sort of intrest or bias twords that instrument and those tones……hummmm…….thank you Derek Smalls…..
