What is prime-time for crime?

Jon Baliles has a helpful Public Safety Update, regarding shed break-ins and other recent crimes in the Near West End.

[The graph] shows between August 1 – October 5, most of the crimes committed in our District occurred around midnight on weekends, between 7:30 and 9:30am on Thursday and Friday, and around lunch time mid-week, and some in the late afternoon/early evening hours toward the end of the week.
