New upstart brewery opening tasting room in Carytown

Garden Grove Brewing will open soon in Carytown, near Nacho Mama’s.

A new upstart brewery has selected a site for its forthcoming tasting room. Garden Grove Brewing Company announced plans to the room in Carytown at 3445 West Cary Street, adjacent to Nacho Mama’s.

Co-owners Ryan Mitchell and Michael Brandt, who are already brewing a small lineup of Belgian and British influenced beers, selected the site due to the popularity and convenience of the Carytown area.

“We will incorporate methods and ingredients that guarantee a unique, enjoyable, and unforgettable experience,” said Mitchell. “We will also create beers that do not follow any guidelines or trends and are uniquely ours.”

“The most memorable and enjoyable beers of the world formulate their character from subtle techniques that produce distinct flavors that are inimitable,” said Brandt.

“Garden Grove’s small size will allow for experimentation and minute adjustments with the production methods which will allow us to coax the most unique and fantastic qualities from our ingredients and methods. We will always strive to create beers that attain the caliber of the world’s great beers.”

Buildout of the new space is well underway. Learn more about Garden Grove and their selection of beers here.
