  • Asian caprese— Tomato slices with Thai basil & goat cheese, drizzled with pesto & balsamic sauce.
  • Green salad— Green leaf lettuce with tomato, carrots, cucumber & purple cabbage with a homemade ginger dressing.

Course two

Choose one

Served with white or brown rice

  • Peppered eggplant— A stir fry of chicken & jalapeno in a garlic sauce over a fried eggplant.
  • Beef curry peanut noodle— Stir fried rice noodles with beef, onions, peas, carrots & eggs in a peanut curry sauce.
  • Green curry shrimp— Potatoes, carrots, onions, bamboo, green peppers and peas in a green curry.
