He says "SEVENTH: SUSPENSION OF CITY CONSULTANT CONTRACTS UNLESS THE CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER AND THE MAYOR CERTIFY, IN WRITING, THAT THE SERVICE PROVIDED IS OF HIGH IMPORTANCE, AND WHY." Maybe Bill Pantele should certify, in writing, why the CenterStage To Nowhere should be not be accountable to the public who are paying all these tens of millions of dollars for it at a time when other services are being cut and wages and hiring frozen.
