Remember that Bed & Breakfast that was approved to operate at Monument and Belmont? Well, Maury Place has the approvals they need and are set to open in Fall 2008.

Their website is pretty interesting, providing photos of each guest room and providing renovation details. The coolest part? The owners obtained the original blueprints, and then posted the revised blueprints of their renovation plans.

In comparing the two, it looks like they made a lot of changes, but nothing too drastic. They added a bathroom upstairs so that each guest room has its own, which I think is a great idea. Let’s face it, the creepiest thing about Bed & Breakfasts is that you have to share a bathroom with other guests.
