  • Pumpkin soup — Duck confit, pepitas, chives.
  • Surry sausage and sweet potato fritters — Creamy cheddar mustard sauce.
  • Salmon ceviche Peruvian style — Avocado puree, crispy shallot.

  • Local jumbo crabcake — Cheddar cheese grits, sauteed kale, bacon sauce.
  • Sauteed market fish — Butternut squash puree, brussels sprouts, bacon, Asian pear, red wine onion marmalade.
  • Pan seared hanger steak — Black pepper spaetzle, sauteed kale, madeira mustard sauce.
  • Berkshire pork tenderloin — Celery root mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, fig merlot sauce.
  • Homemade potato gnocchi — Swiss chard, pumpkin, apple, pine nuts, parmesan sauce.

  • Dark chocolate devils food cake — Graham cracker streusel, vanilla ice cream.
  • Apple cinnamon cake — Candied pecans, salted caramel ice cream.
  • Pumpkin cheesecake panna cotta — Ginger ice cream, cranberry compote, molasses crumble.
