4th Precinct MPACT meeting being held February 18th

It’s a great way to get plugged into your neighborhood and bring about change in the community on a hyper-local level.

The 4th Precinct MPACT (Mayor’s Participation and Communication Team) meeting takes place next Thursday, February 18th at Linwood Holton Elementary School. It’s a great opportunity to get involved in the community and bring about change in your neighborhood on a hyper-local level.

This month, guest speakers Thad Williamson and Christina Mastroianni with the Office of Community Wealth Building will discuss initiatives to address poverty, education, housing, and workforce development. Gay Stokes with the Department of Public Utilities will be on hand to discuss water quality. Todd Hopkins with the Department of Public Utilities will discuss green alleys. Finally, Earl Weaver, 4th Precinct Code Enforcement Supervisor, will provide updates and answer questions as it relates to Code Enforcement.

The meeting kicks off at 6:00 PM in the school’s library and all are invited to attend and participate.
