Ok This is addressed to you JUICE!
for your email on 10-30-08

Tyler was a friend of MINE! I went to school with him

And none of those suspects had ANY right to do what they did. Tyler nor his girlfriend were doing anything wrong. There was no reason WHAT SO EVER for him to have gotten shot AT ALL! ANd if it wasnt for them he would still be here with us today.

If you would have known Tyler then you would agree with Laura.
Tyler was one of the most outgoing, fun, full of laughter people Ive ever met. He would do anything for anyone who needed help.

Yeah that person is your "friend" but he was also INVOLVED!

Think of Tylers Friends, HIS TWIN, His mother, his father, his sister, HIS CLASSMATES!

They all deserve the death pentally! They had what they wanted. They had his car they had all of there belonging!

They HAD NO RIGHT TO KILL!

But SCOTT Has a right to be be "dogged" and everyone has a right to speak there mind.

btw laura didnt say someone WAS GOING to shoot him in the back she said he deserves too be!

And I believe that Tyler didnt deserve to be shot in the back ITHER!

also to quote you Juice "yes he made a mistake and i kno 4 a fact he is regretting every lil thing he has ever done"

yeah well he has to live with every lil thing he did and I hope it HAUNTS his for the rest of his LIFE! At least he still has ONE!

Thats my opinion on things

RIP Tyler Binsted. May angels have lead you in

If you a part in a robbery that includes a gun you are responsible if that gun is used, even if you don't fire the shot.

So the alleged driver has apparently gotten off scot-free.

"Police also arrested LaPrecious Nicole Austin, 19, of Richmond, the alleged driver of the getaway car, on a charge of conspiracy to commit robbery. That charge, the only one against her, has been dropped."

This murder affected my family personally. Tyler was my son's cousin. All three of these people should just be taken out and shot in the back...why waste time and money on trials and feeding them in jail?

Yeah, it's crazy that they were reporting that the second suspect was a teenage boy.

The whole time they were looking for the other suspect(s), I kept saying, "Someone *has* to know where this person is."

Don't be a spoilsport.

The reasoning is that every detail may be important to a story. When the press first reported on the murder they reported that he was shot in the back. I immediately suspected that the victims had attempted to escape, and I even wondered aloud if the murderer had tried to make them get in the car or trunk. Soon that detail of the case was released to the press, confirming my suspicion.

Nobody's asking for a simple mention of lesbianism. I'm sure there are a variety of reasons why this woman was willing to take part in an armed robbery. And we all know that there's a lot more to sex and relationships than just preference. There's the social circles we keep, the identity we put forth, the obstacles we face, etc.

The press reports on what's in a narrow little crime log entry or press release, and that's it. Of course that's understandable when the case is still under investigation.

But at this point the story demands full Crime 360 style disclosure. There are so many more questions. Like, where have these women been since the crime, and who has been protecting them? It will all be revealed sooner or later, probably in court. Whether any of us will be made aware of these forthcoming revelations is anybody's guess.

If I'm not mistaken, these were yesterday's significant updates:

"Police and prosecutors say they believe Williams fired the shot..."

"Police say Austin drove Williams and Scott to the park and was waiting for them when Binsted's girlfriend jumped into Austin's car while fleeing from Binsted's killers. Austin drove a short distance, and the girlfriend got out to find help."

Regardless of whether or not they are idiots, and they obviously are, this new information has completely changed the way I view the previously released details of the case. And still, it only skims the surface of what really went on.

Yeah, but it's because of this reasoning (Oh my god, they’re lesbians!) that the news business loses credence on a daily basis. Sexual preference is so very trite and ultimately, painfully boring. Only shallow pool dwellers get all hot and bothered by what arouses people. I mean, who cares? Idiot crime is idiot crime regardless of sexual preference...

Good work by the Richmond police!

They said the survivor went for help after the shooting and ended up getting in the car of the getaway driver without knowing it. Pretty scary! Thankfully she survived that mistake and was able to seek help elsewhere.

Also, LaPrecious is a lesbian, which gives this story real spice!
